google+ 邀請 Auto Refresh Plus

收到邀請函後

請使用google瀏覽器chrome

並下載安裝套件Auto Refresh Plus 

按照圖上設定Advance Features & Options

網址那邊的網址請複製
https://plus.google.com/up/start/?continue

然後按下右上角扳手左邊的藍色按鈕

設定如下

Page Monitor填上  名字   兩個字

在分頁點選start

他就會每5秒重新整理

一直到成功才會停止
